Star Trek TOS Science Station Switches fully functional Prop
These are replicas of the vintage buttons used throughout the original Star Trek television series. They are custom made from aluminum and are black anodized and have the Otto series push button Installed into the replica The otto switch is push on push off configuration just like on the show. This switch is high priced The Otto Switch is an aircraft switch costing 22.00 each. Together The replica topper and the actual Otto switch makes a perfect duplicate of the switches used on the Science station , Captains chair and many other set pieces,
The white button top is made from Delrin plastic and it is a press fit onto the top of the Otto switch. The black bezel is made from aluminum rod and finished to within 0.001" of the measurements of the originals. They have a black anodized finish which should provide many years of service and protection. I know the switch is pricy but you will not find a better replica anywhere so if you want a perfect replica this is it! Unit includes the black aluminum bezel, the white Delrin top, a lock washer and the panel nut and the Otto switch installed all you have to do is add wires.
You get the 5 real switches and black plastic piece.
The black plastic measures 8”x 1½” and is 1/4"” thick.
Hole size should be 1 ¼” X 7 ½”.
